On Memorial Day of each year, since 1945, Depoe Bay's Fleet of Flowers pays tribute to those who have lost their lives at sea and in service to the USA. The event begins with a ceremony in the Depoe Bay harbor featuring recognition of veterans, jet fly-over, guest speakers and musical performances.
